The World Fitness Tour is Gearing Up for a Big Inaugural Year
Movements
The list of included movements is separated into multiple categories:
- Barbell
- Gymnastics
- Monostructural
- Burpees (variations)
- Axle bar
- Dumbbell
- Kettlebell
- Strongman
- Other
We don’t see movements like burpee broad jumps, the axle bar hang power snatch, and pull-up bar complexes (toes-to-bar, pull-up, chest-to-bar, and bar muscle-up) in CrossFit competitions often, so this should offer some fresh twists for WFP athletes.

Final Thoughts
As a final statement in the athlete packet, the World Fitness Project highlights the phrase “People Matter More” – these three words seem to have become the league’s unofficial theme. They expand on this concept:
- “The World Fitness Project is an organization where people come first. We are committed to creating a culture where athletes, partners, and community members are valued and prioritized.”
