Scott Disick is seen out for the first time with son Mason, 14, after eagle-eyed Kardashians fans spot that he is on Mounjaro NOT Ozempic

Scott Disick surfaced in Malibu on Thursday with his 14-year-old son Mason, whom he shares with his ex-fiancée Kourtney Kardashian.

That day, eagle-eyed viewers of The Kardashians were able to deduce that Scott is on the weight-loss drug Mounjaro – rather than Ozempic as was previously rumored.

But Scott betrayed no hint of reality TV drama when he was spotted strolling across a parking lot with his eldest child.

The 40-year-old cut a casual figure in a black t-shirt and cargo trousers that flattered his slimmed-down frame, and accessorized with a Star Of David necklace.

Kourtney and Scott, who were together on and off from 2006 to 2015, are co-parenting three children – Mason, Penelope, 11, and Reign, nine.

This Thursday, the day of his sighting with Mason, TV viewers noticed boxes of  Mounjaro stocked inside of Scott’s fridge on the latest episode of The Kardashians.

During the season five premiere episode, Scott, 40, opened his fridge during a chat with Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner – inadvertently revealing what appeared to be two packages of the drug sitting on the door.

‘Skinny legend Scott,’ one fan remarked as they posted the findings to TikTok.

The weight loss jab sat on the door above several neatly-arranged cartons of almond milk.

Like the widely-known weight loss jab Ozempic, Mounjaro is a diabetes medication that has also been used to help people shed the pounds.

Khloe and Kris had paid Scott a visit at his home when the medication was made visible.

Scott has clearly lost a lot of weight since the fourth season, when he was having issues with his back after a nasty car accident.

Kris adds in confession, ‘Scott looks great and I know that he has really struggled the last year or so,’ as they show flashbacks to last season.

Kris adds she felt that Scott, ‘was not in the best place’ last season, adding it made her, ‘really sad,’ while Khloe marvels at all the healthy stuff in his fridge now.

While Scott drew praise for his trim figure on the show – with the premiere filmed in September 2023 – his gaunt look has left loved ones concerned, according to a March 2024 DailyMail.com exclusive report.

A source previously claimed Disick has been using the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic to trim the excess pounds.

‘He is not ill and isn’t doing hardcore drugs,’ an insider said. ‘Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with their kids if he was in the throes of an addiction.’

‘Scott started taking Ozempic because he had serious issues with his weight gain. This time last year he saw himself as fat,’ the source said.

‘He had gained a lot of weight and couldn’t stand seeing himself in video footage that aired in the past couple of months. He would go to great lengths to cover it up.’

The insider claimed the star, like many in Hollywood, wanted to use the wonder drug as a quick way to get rid of the extra pounds he had gained.

‘Scott wanted the easy way out of his dad bod,’ they said. ‘But now it has clearly gone too far and, of course, the family is worried about him.’

The source added: ‘They will likely use this for show ratings in The Kardashians. Scott is strong and will be able to get through this – especially now that he knows that it has become a huge problem with his image and fame.’

A medical expert also told DailyMail.com in March that Disick’s gaunt look including hollow eyes and sunken cheeks are side effects of the drug, collectively known as ‘Ozempic face.’

Dr Gary Motykie, a plastic surgeon from California, told DailyMail.com ‘Typically, medications like Ozempic don’t exhibit such aggressive effects.’

‘However, if Scott is using semaglutide, it might be in an overly aggressive manner, which could exacerbate the issue. The most noticeable change in his appearance is his hollow, dark under-eye area.’

Dr Jeffrey Spiegel, a plastic surgeon from Massachusetts, agreed, but pointed out mental health problems, substance abuse and eating disorders could also play a role.

Regardless of the cause, he told this website: ‘The concern lies in the potential for malnutrition, which is never a positive sign.
