For the absolute best results, make sure all of your spices are fresh! They lose their intensity over time (especially ground spices), which means older spices won’t give you as much flavor. Store It

Once you’ve got everything thoroughly blended, transfer the pork chop seasoning to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use it.

Cheryl’s Tip: You can use the pork chop seasoning however you like, but I like to rub the seasoning directly onto every side of the pork chops, then let them rest for at least 10 minutes. That gives the meat time to soak up all those flavors! After 10 minutes, cook the seasoned pork chops as desired.
