Kindness Meditation Script for Your Thinking Mind

Our pondering mind does loads for us. It plans, strategizes, and organizes, amongst other things. Sometimes, it leads us to hassle, comparable to when it ‘just won’t shut off’ or when it ruminates on things that don’t serve us.

After all, in some spiritual circles, we’re taught to hunt a state of ‘no mind’. The approach with this practice isn’t to eliminate the mind but relatively to befriend it.

Each one in all us has a pondering mind that works loads. Often, it really works additional time. In today’s practice, we might be offering kindness to our pondering mind, helping to bring it a way of peace and gratitude.

Begin by finding a snug seated posture, alert yet relaxed.
