‘I’m probably down 70-something kilos,’ Jelly (born Jason Bradley DeFord) told People in a brand new interview. ‘I’ve been really kicking a** man.’
The Antioch, Tennessee native — who recently said he bailed on a gathering with Diddy — went on to reveal the workout routine that he’s been following since he made a commitment to get healthier ahead of the run/walk.
‘I’m doing two to 3 miles a day, 4 to 6 days every week. I’m doing 20 to half-hour within the sauna, six minutes in a chilly plunge each day,’ he revealed, before sharing how he’s also modified up his weight loss plan and is ‘maintaining a healthy diet without delay.’

With his recent healthier mindset now a priority, the husband and father of two even now take a moment to give attention to his wellness before every concert.
‘I’ve been focusing more on my health recently – so we have added time before to take a min and a breath before the show too,’ he told Us Weekly last month.
