  • 1 chicken cut into 4 pieces

  • 2 spoonfuls of thyme
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard

Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and pepper. Then, place all the pieces with the chicken within the oven dish.
  • Then, in a bowl, place the remainder of the ingredients: spices, juices and oil, then mix well.

Citrus chicken: lemon and honey chicken with potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 chicken cut into 6 or 8 pieces
  • 40 grams of honey
  • 60 grams of mustard
  • Zest and juice of two lemons
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Thyme (preferably fresh)
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Sel
  • Pepper
  • Eau

Preparation

Potatoes

  • Add the potatoes to the dish, across the chicken.
  • Then, cover the container with aluminum foil and bake for around half an hour at 200ºC. (having preheated the oven before).
  • Finally, leave within the oven for an additional 10-Quarter-hour, this time without foil.
