Happy 2024, I Have a Few Things for You

2023 was quite a 12 months.  There were definitely some challenges but my hope for you is that you just are finding some inspiration and optimism for the New Year.  LoveAndlLifeToolbox.com was about experimentation and alter in 2023, having passed through plenty of shifts within the over 10 years of its existence. I’m proud that this site stays a trusted emotional health and relationship resource with a world audience, offering education in lots of related areas including happiness, family of origin issues, unhealthy relationship patterns, emotional safety and self-help tools to complement your growth.

I proceed to be a therapist with a personal practice in Marin County, California and I’m rolling into the New Year with gratitude for my work with individuals and couples, not just for seeing so many heal and grow but being a therapist has real intending to me. Therapy also made a giant difference in my life and I thank the therapists who guided me.
