The Recipe

This easy roasted delicata squash recipe starts with making the garlic & herb breading. Simply mix together panko breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, rosemary, garlic powder, and sea salt. Adding fresh parsley is optional for a pretty pop of color!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the delicata squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic & herb breading ingredients.
  4. Brush the squash with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
