Netflix star Anne Winters has revealed she has been released from the treatment facility she entered one month ago amid her eating disorder battle after sparking serious concern among fans with her dramatic weight loss.
On May 5, the actress, 30, shared that she was getting help at a treatment facility for malnutrition after posting a clip of herself looking frighteningly thin.
At the time, Anne took to Instagram to address the ongoing concern about her significant weight loss, which was a result of her broken relationship with food.
Now, after spending one month in treatment, the 13 Reasons Why star happily shared that she was leaving the facility and moving to a different center in Beverly Hills in hopes of beating her disorder.
In a recent clip shared to Instagram, the actress – who donned a baggy T-shirt, shorts, and a beanie, reflected on her 60 days in the rehab center as she admitted she was looking forward to the ‘LA diet’ and was going to remain ‘open to trying new foods’.

Last month, the 30-year-old revealed she was seeking help for ‘malnutrition’ while addressing the concern about her thin figure on her Instagram
At the beginning of the video, the 30-year-old said: ‘What’s up guys? I’m leaving tomorrow and whenever I leave and start something new, I always like to think of things that I’m going to take away, things that I’m going to leave here, and I don’t know just an overall kind of reflection time.’
She began listing out the various things she would be leaving behind as she entered rehab, beginning with the nutritional supplement Ensure.
The actress implied that she was continuing her treatment in Los Angeles.
‘I’m going to somewhere in Beverly Hills and I’m hoping that the LA diet will have more options for supplement, I’m really hoping that there’s options for supplements.
‘Come on LA, land of fruit of nuts, you have got this,’ she said.
At her next location, she shared that she would ‘bringing in’ her love for trying ‘new things.’
‘I’m going to a new place with a new way of doing things, so I’m going to be very open to how they run their place and working with the dietician and what she recommends.
‘I’m just going in with a whole new mindset, probably trying new foods, maybe getting down to the bottom of my IBS,’ she added.

The actress added that she would be continuing to focus on her morning routine and practicing ‘yoga’ and ‘mediations’ after waking up.
‘I’m going to keep my strong as f**k mind, my way to adapt, and my love for you guys,’ she said at the end of the clip.
She captioned the video: ‘Leaving tomorrow! It’s official. Some things I’m leaving here, taking with me. And bringing in next phase of the journey.’
Last month, she addressed the concern about her thin figure on her Instagram while donning a tiny crop top and a low-rise miniskirt which put her narrow frame on full display.
She shared that ‘didn’t realize’ she needed treatment, adding that she was convinced she was ‘fine.’
‘Crazy how my body was maybe on its last leg of survival,’ she added.
She first expressed her gratitude for fans that had expressed their concern and noted that she had never intended to drop to a dangerous weight level.

‘I know you a lot of you guys have been really worried about me on Instagram, and I also have been keeping up with my doctor and things like that, because I wasn’t trying to get like this. I wasn’t trying to get this skinny, I don’t want to be this skinny either,’ she said.
The Daytime Emmy Award-winning actress added that she had a difficult time locating a treatment center that would address her issues.
‘A lot of places for this particular thing, for your body, only take 26 and under year olds. So, I’m flying to one place in country after searching with help, thank god, to find a place to go,’ she said.
Anne stated that she was committed to going through treatment steps to lead a healthier lifestyle.
‘Good news is I’m going to get back on track so my body’s no longer holding me back,’ she said.
She told her fans that she had checked into a facility and was looking forward to beginning treatment.

‘[I] never had signs of weakness, [and I’ve] been having so much energy, and [have been feeling] clear-headed,’ she explained.
‘I learned when malnutrition takes over- your mind can convince you your fine- which I felt…crazy how my body was maybe on its last leg of survival. I’m shocked. I honestly thought I knew my body better than this. But hey, I’ll admit I was wrong,’ she wrote.
The performer added that she was ‘happy to be here’ and that she was ‘on the road to my best me yet.’
Days later, she shared another update on her Instagram story and revealed that she was overjoyed to take a step back from the chaos of things.
‘I love when my life gets forced to be simplified. I have just what I NEED and not a whole lot of luxuries. Makes me appreciate the little things and grateful to be here,’ she wrote.
The actress added that she had big plans for when she completed her course of treatment.
‘Definitely easy keeping busy here- getting everything ready to move out of my house in LA and working on my business in Bali. I’m a busy boss lady…glad I’m here on the fast [track] to my next venture awaiting me,’ she wrote.
The actress is best known for her role as Charly Burke, who appeared on the third season of sci-fi comedy drama The Orville.
The Dallas native began acting from a young age and performed in her first musical production at age four.
She split much of her time between Los Angeles and her hometown before she later landed the role of Chloe Rice in the Netflix drama series 13 Reasons Why.
