A 70-year-old grandad has caused shockwaves on the web after revealing his incredible body transformation.

Wojciech Węcławowicz, 70, from Poland, has showed that there is no such thing as a age limit on the subject of feeling and looking your best.

The 70-year-old retired from his job as a PE teacher 10 years ago and quickly fell into an inactive routine.

He became frustrated and located himself losing his energy levels and healthy physique.

The fitness fanatic, who has 375,000 followers on Instagram, recently shared a clip of his transformation, which racked up over 6.6 million views.

His Instagram bio reads: ‘Ripped at 70. Breaking stereotypes with every rep. Join the movement, because shredded knows no age.’

In the clip, he shared an image of himself age 61, sitting down along with his top off and stomach on show.

Then, Wojciech seemed to be flexing his muscles and abs while smiling towards the camera.

He has reportedly embraced over twenty different sports, from ice skating and skiing to running and shot-put.

Now, he’s on a mission to encourage other individuals to get into their best shape, no matter their age.

The fitness fanatic, who recently celebrated his forty second wedding anniversary, also trains along with his wife – Iwona WÄ™cÅ‚awowicz.

Iwona, 64, has similarly got onto a fitness hype – and uses Instagram to share her journey.

Iwona has overcome several health issues to turn into the fitness guru that she is today, including a liver tumour, knee and back issues.

The 64-year-old also trains along with her son, Tomasz Węcławowicz and claimed that consistency is the important thing to fitness.

It comes after a man who’s ‘obsessive about becoming a dad’ shed almost half his body weight by eating a ‘carnivore’ eating regimen consisting of just meat and eggs in a bid to enhance his fertility.

Isaiah Caldwell, 28, from St Louis, Missouri, tipped the scales at 434 kilos at his heaviest – but has now lost a staggering 210 kilos.

He began to make changes to his lifestyle after being told his weight may be causing fertility issues – and now weighs 224 kilos and feels ‘1,000,000 times higher’.

Tech salesman Isaiah, lost the load by understanding and following the strict carnivore eating regimen, which sees followers ditch anything that has not come from an animal – leaving them with meat, eggs and dairy.

Isaiah, who’s 6ft4 in height, is now happier and healthier than ever and he and his wife Amanda, 29, are still trying for a baby.

Isaiah said: ‘Having a baby became an obsession of ours – we were really enthusiastic about it.

‘We began trying for a yr before we began to suspect that there may be some issues fertility smart.

‘I knew if there was anything I could do to provide us a probability, I’d do it.’

Isaiah vowed to start out shedding the kilos and immediately went on a eating regimen, ditching all food groups apart from meat, eggs and dairy.

Isaiah said: ‘People think there’s some magic to it.

‘But the truth is you are just eliminating overeating because it’s really hard to binge eat meat – it’s extremely restrictive and doubtless not for everybody.’

Isiah lost 21 lbs after only a month by eating steak and smoked brisket – and said he was ‘blown away’.

He decided to remain on the carnivore eating regimen for one more month, losing one other 18lbs, and continued on it until he was all the way down to 368lbs.

He said: ‘I felt unbelievable even per week in – psychologically I felt so a lot better, my brain fog was totally gone. I felt 1,000,000 times higher.

‘But I knew I wasn’t going to find a way to stick with it ceaselessly just eating meat.’

After ten months he had lost a mammoth 118lbs, after expanding his eating regimen to incorporate some fruit and dairy.

Once the load loss began to slow up, Isaiah decided to do a deep dive on the training regimes utilized by bodybuilders and commenced meticulously tracking his calorie intake.

He lost one other 35lbs- taking his total weight reduction to 140lbs in total.

Isaiah then continued his calorie deficit to maintain shedding pounds and is now across the 210lbs mark.
