Big Ed got candid about his weight loss journey during a recent interview with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-tea podcast on Thursday.
The 59-year-old 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star — who recently opened up about his neck condition — revealed that his secret to dropping the weight it staying consistent in the gym.
‘I’m trying to invest in my happy and I’ve lost 19 pounds,’ he said, noting that that credits his success to daily strength training and cardio.
‘I’m in the gym every day working out,’ the reality star admitted, adding that he had to crack down on his diet.
‘I’m still drinking the Malbecs,’ he notes of his favorite adult beverage. ‘That’s kind of a balance!’

Ed feels that his new found physical health is attributing to the improvement of his mental health. He now feels more confident as he goes out into the world.
‘I’ve got my real estate license,’ the Arkansas native said of his future plans. ‘I’m doing real estate.’
He only wants to go up from here. The TV star shared that he has been getting into philanthropy, raising money and awareness for the Remembering Nicholas Foundation.
His plan with the foundation is to aids individuals and families who have experienced infant loss.
‘I’m also involved in an amazing charity. It’s called Remembering Nicholas and we raise money for anyone that’s experienced an infant loss and we help with counseling, CPR training and so forth,’ he told the podcast hosts.
The TV star even admitted that she reconnected with his faith and is seeing improvement in his lifestyle.
‘I’m back at church. I read on Sundays, I help usher. I seat people and it’s so funny, everybody knows who I am,’ he said.
‘So when I do the collection plate, everybody wants to [donate],’ Brown continued with a laugh. ‘They’re loving me because I’m bringing in some money.’
When he is not on the small screen or helping out charities, the reality star is romancing a new woman — after calling off his wedding to now-ex-fiancée Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Woods.
‘She’s a really good friend and we have very intimate conversations. She’ll tear up and I’ll tear up. And she wants nothing to do with my fame or whatever. She’s not any of that,’ he said of the nameless mystery woman.
‘I have a lot of people that pursue me that want that and that honestly is the hardest part for me to be able to meet somebody.’

On Thursday Ed said, ‘God made us all the way we are,’ he continued. ‘I believe that in my heart and there’s a reason why I look the way I do. I think there’s a reason for everything.’
‘Since I was a young child, young adults and kids especially, they would always stare at me,’ he said.
‘They just have always found me kind of interesting. And I think it was due to my physical characteristics,’ the TV star finished.
